Order processing times
Orders usually will be processed and shipped within the next business day. Orders made on a friday after 1pm will be processed on the following monday. Changes might occur during peak period or double days. Please feel free to ask our staff regarding shipping time.
Domestic and international shipping options
Domestic orders will be shipped by Thai Postal Service or Kerry. All international orders will be shipped with Thai Postal Service. Liquid inks cannot be shipped internationally.
- All domestic orders will be shipped as EMS due to insurance policies and will take 1-3 days depending on the area.
- International orders are available in ePacket and Courrier Post. ePacket is cheaper and will take 10-30 days while Courrier Post will take 5-10 days.
Shipping costs
All shipping fees are based on the weigh of each order. Domestic orders might be eligible for free shipping.
Local delivery and buy online, pickup in-store
For same day delivery, please contact our staff and state your request in Line Official Account (@studio360). In-store pickup are also possible. In case of in-store pickup, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
